Station Lane is located on the eastern fringe of the village of Milford. The site lies directly to the West of Milford Golf Club and adjoins the settlement boundary to the south-east, extending approximately 10.95 hectares.

The site has Outline permission for 200 dwellings which was approved at committee with officer’s recommendation in 2018.  CALA Homes has submitted a Reserved Matters application for an amended scheme to deliver 190 homes together with public open space.
